We are Malibu Slimm & The Mystics — a hip-hop and comedy entertainment group geared toward audiences 50 and older. We specialize in bringing laughter, great music, and good energy to people who grew up loving hip-hop and appreciate a good time.
Our show is a blend of stand-up style comedy and live music. We typically open with jokes and conversation to warm up the crowd, then transition into our music set. Our humor is lighthearted and a little raunchy at times depending on the venue, but we are always family friendly and know how to read the room.
We are available for a wide range of events including birthday celebrations, corporate functions, and private gatherings. One of our specialties — and something very close to our hearts — is performing at convalescent homes. We truly enjoy bringing live entertainment, excitement, and joy to those who are confined to that environment. Putting a smile on their faces means everything to us.
